Google Toolbar Related Removal Code

You've worked hard to earn all your traffic, don't let the Google toolbar steal your traffic.  Google's new addition to their Toolbar shows "related" links, pics, items and more. Most important is the fact that Google will show competitor's prices, product information, and other website info while customers are browsing YOUR site. Don't lose that traffic! This install will install both CSS and javascript to remove it from your site. Google posted they would be discontinuing the use of the Google Related piece on the toolbar 04/20/2012. The announcement said Google planned to retire the device "over the upcoming weeks" so it wasn't an instantaneous halt.
